Unsettled E. Atlantic......

The E. Atlantic remains unsettled with a large area of convection W/NW of the Cape Verde Islands.  Any development is unlikely but if the system were to develop, it would stay in the E. Atlantic.  Otherwise, longitudinal cold fronts (deep systems stretching north-south) continue to parade west to east across the U.S. & much of the Atlantic Basin indicating a seasonal change to late fall/early winter making it tough for any organized tropical development.
