The strong & broad low pressure system has developed enough of a warm core to be considered subtropical & has become "Sean" but is still hundreds of miles to the east of Fl. over the W. Atlantic & 200+ miles northeast of the Bahamas.  The storm might very well have enough time over warm water -- combined with lower shear -- to become entirely tropical.  In any case, there is no threat to the First Coast, any of the U.S. east coast or even the Bahamas as "Sean" will meander the next couple days before being accelerated north then northeast over the Atlantic as a strong upper level trough moves into the Eastern U.S. later this week. Bermuda might not be as fortunate where a tropical storm WATCH has been issued as the storm should zoom by the island about Fri.
