Low pressure develop along the Gulf Coast through Tue. then move northeast across the SE U.S.   No tropical development with this midlatitude cyclone but heavy rain & storms will develop across Fl. & other parts of the Southeast U.S.

Overall….no tropical development expected over the Atlantic Basin.

Watch strong convection develop over/near the Gulf through Tue. with a nontropical cyclone.  This system will bring heavy rain & severe storms to parts of the Southeast U.S. & possibly the First Coast.
