Scattered Areas of Convection / Storminess
Tropical Atlantic Looks Like Late Fall (Upper Level Lows)......

A strong nontropical coastal cyclone is moving into the NW Atlantic...a strong upper level trough is triggering a large area of convection over the Central Atlantic but is unlikely to become tropical....a cluster of t'storms in the E. Atlantic west of the Cape Verde Islands is associated with a tropical wave & upper low & will soon turn north....a cluster of t'storms tucked in the SW Caribbean will likely have little time for development due to proximity to Central America.
