"Sean" continues to organize as it shows very little movement some 800 or so miles east of Jacksonville.  The storm has through about Thu. night to strengthen more, & it's possible "Sean" could become a hurricane.  By Friday strong shear from a strong upper level trough will accelerate the storm to the northeast over cooler water & help cause weakening.  There will be no significant impacts on the U.S. other than an east/northeast swell that will persist through Thu. Bermuda might not be as fortunate where a tropical storm WATCH has been issued as the storm should zoom by the island about Fri.
