Still Stormy Over Central Atlantic
A large but disorganized area of showers & t'storms continues hundreds of miles east of Puerto Rico & the Lesser Antilles. Some slow long term development of a subtropical low is possible in this area in what is a messy mix of an upper level low/trough & a weak tropical wave.
