Storm Spinning in the Far E. Atlantic; Nor'easter to Form NE of Jax......
The E. Atlantic remains stormy but no tropical development is likely. A strong nontropical ocean storm is spinning north of the Cape Verde Islands but will stay in the E. Atlantic & nontropical. A Nor'easter will off the E. coast of the U.S. through the weekend but will also be nontropical.
