Tropical Depression #2 Forms east of Belize.....

The strong tropical wave in the far W. Caribbean has been upgraded to depression #1.  The cyclone will have little time to strengthen before before moving W/NW into Belize.  The depression will re-emerge over the far Southwestern Gulf -- Bay of Campeche -- Tue. where it'll be able to reorganize & -- if time allows -- restrengthen before moving into Mexico well south of Texas.

It's possible that the depression could become "Barry" before its 2nd landfall Wed.-Thu.  There will be no impact on the First Coast or any of Florida.  (Forecast spaghetti plots at the bottom courtesy S. Fl. Water Management District)
