T'Storms in the W. Caribbean......

Convection continues to flare in the W/SW Caribbean & has had a tendency to wax & wane lacking any sort of organization.  No development is expected.
An upper low is over the Central Atlantic producing some convection.  Slow development is not out of the question, but the system will move east or northeast & is no threat to any land areas.
