Upper Low Over Florida

No areas of concern in the Atlantic Basin...An upper level low is moving into Florida.  No tropical development will occur, but the disturbance will increase showers & storms across Fl. & Ga. into Tue.

In the E. Pacific....

"Fabio" -- is spinning down a thousand or so miles west/southwest of the Baja Peninsula & will continue to weaken as it moves north then northeast -- no threat to any land areas.
