"Nadine" Slowly Weakening in E. Atlantic; Weak Low Along NW Gulf Coast....

"Nadine"  is still in the E. Atlantic.  The storm will slow the next few days & gradually turn more northeast -- no impact on any land areas as the storm meanders over the open Atlantic.

A weak low pressure system -- nontropical -- is over the extreme Northern Gulf Coast & will move northeast along a cold front moving inland before there's any chance for tropical development. This low will enhance heavy rain & storms along the Gulf Coast & Florida/Ga. into Tue.

A tropical wave is moving into the Eastern Caribbean but shear will be increasing the next few days so development seems unlikely.
