Weak wave NE Caribbean.....

A weak tropical wave is near Puerto Rico & moving west but with little chance for any development.  Another tropical wave is over the Central Atlantic fairly far south but will gain some latitude the next few days as the wave moves west/northwest.  Long term development is not indicated by the global forecast models.

Meanwhile.. "Cosme" is quickly falling apart over cool water in the E. Pacific with last advisory issued late Thu.  A new area of disturbed weather may slowly develop closer to Mexico in the far E. Pacific as the system moves west/northwest.
