Weak Wave in NE Caribbean

A tropical wave has flared back up with convection over the far Northeast Caribbean. No significant tropical development is expected.

A cluster of t'storms is over the Western Atlantic several hundred miles east of the U.S. east coast.  This convection is associated with an upper level trough with little chance for development.
