2 children found living in meth lab in East Palatka

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Authorities in Putnam County dismantled a meth lab at a home where children lived in East Palatka.

The home is located at 124 Kane Avenue. It's been under investigation for a month.

The sheriff's office arrested nine people on charges related to the manufacture and possession of methamphetamine and other paraphernalia.

The two children who lived at the home are now in the custody of the Florida Department of Children & Families.
