BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. -- Cocaine has washed ashore on yet another beach in Florida.

The latest stash of dope floated ashore in Dania Beach in Broward County.

A Marine Patrol deputy found $700,000 worth of cocaine during routine patrol on Sunday morning.

There were 25 individual packages of cocaine. They each weighed a kilo. They were packed inside a burlap bag found floating in the surf, about a mile offshore.

The cocaine is now in the hands of the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Authorities recovered cocaine along the shorelines of St. Johns County several times this year.

More than $7 million worth of cocaine came ashore in May and 16 kilos splashed ashore near Anastasia State Park last month.
