Take the $37M out of funds for entitlements and service programs for ADA. Quit hiring ADA people. This proves they are nothing but a liability to the taxpayer. They get enough free "entitlements" already. Practice extended abortions. Quit charging people with murder. It too is an extended abortion program; consider it a function of a sacrifice to the god Moleck (Jeremiah 49).
