7 people injured in St. Johns County crash
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Northbound lanes of Interstate 95 were congested with emergency vehicles, as first responders attended to seven people injured in a crash Saturday afternoon near the St. Augustine Mall Outlet Mall exit.
Firefighters report that at least two vehicles were involved in the crash and one even flipped multiple times down an embankment.
St. Johns County Fire Rescue transported many of the patients to either Baptist South or Flagler Hospital.
At this point, there appear to be no life-threatening injuries, according to officials.
Troopers are working to determine what caused the crash.
