JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Future 4 Kidz on Lem Turner Road in Jacksonville is taking center stage in the Kid Care Report.
This place is licensed to care for 88 children... So it's pretty large.
Unfortunately, so is the number of violations the center got cited for during its most recent DCF Inspection.
There were 9 problem areas.
Here's a look at a few:
-The facility did not adequately keep the toilet and bath facilities used by the children clean and/or sanitized or disinfected.
-The ground cover or other protective surface under the swings, 4-seat merry go round and slide was not maintained.
-There were issues with Background Screening Documents.
A Future 4 Kidz fixed some of the things right away and got time to make other corrections. But in the end it Missed The Mark.
Now to the places with perfect inspections.
Tonia's Precious Tots, First New Zion Christian Academy and A.R.T. Learning Center are all in Jacksonville and all were On The Mark.
