But Reep says there's another reason drivers can keep their license. "If they're driving while their license has been suspended or revoked they don't have insurance. If they don't have insurance when they are involved in an accident, there's a very individualized victim that may not have adequate recovery," he says. If that isn't the most ridiculous legalese BS!! We're supposed to want a dangerous driver to keep their license so they will carry at least minimum insurance for when they nail somebody again??!
