JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Some drizzle and light rain along with plenty of clouds through Tuesday but rainfall will be insignificant. Temperatures will be cooler with northeast winds off the Atlantic. Highs Tuesday will be in the 60s but close to 70 well inland. Milder temperatures return Wednesday. The week --as a whole -- looks dry with above average temperatures before colder air arrives over the weekend.
