JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- High heat and humidity will continue helping to trigger at least widely scattered afternoon showers and thunderstoms through Thursday.  Highs will reach the low to mid 90s inland....85-90 at the beaches.  And if headed to the beaches, beware of a high rip current risk due to an easterly swell from "Leslie" that's hundreds of miles to the east of Florida.  Never swim alone and try to swim near a lifeguard.  There will be a potential heavy rainfall set-up for the local area by the weekend as the remnants of "Isaac" move into or near Florida and a cold front approaches from the north.
