JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Winds off the Atlantic -- from the east/northeast -- will dominate the weather through the weekend.  The result will be some rain at times that will favor the area from I-95 to the beaches & mainly over Northeast Florida & metro Jacksonville though an isolated shower could move further inland at times.  Rain amounts will be light for the most part with long parts of the weekend dry, especially inland.  Temperatures will be mild when it's not raining with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s.  There will also be some late night and early morning fog that could be locally dense.
