JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Visibility dropped to one mile at Jacksonville International Airport on Wednesday morning. Fog mixed with a steady falling mist made travel tricky.
Action News This Morning Traffic Expert Derrick Odom reported several "fender benders" during the morning rush hour. Wet roads and slick spots continue to challenge drivers.
The First Alert Weather Team expects more shower activity tonight and Thursday. Rainfall amounts should not be too high, but the showers should become steady at times.
Meanwhile, the onshore winds have increased. A high rip current risk is in effect for all of the First Coast. Seas are elevated and the surf is rough.
