JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Labor Day will be hot with highs in the mid to upper 80s at the beaches and low to mid 90s inland with heat indices of 100-105 degrees.  Sunny skies to start the day will give way to partly cloudy skies and as the sea breeze penetrates inland, widely scattered thunderstorms will develop.  Where storms occur, expect a brief period of very heavy rain and gusty winds with some lightning.  Coverage, however, will only be 20-25% of the area.  Sunburn time will be as low as 10-15 minutes.
