JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A nice evening for New Year's Eve festivites with a few high clouds but temperatures only dropping into the 40s.  Grab a sweater or jacket on the way out the door.  2013 will begin on a very mild note with scattered clouds as temperatures warm into the low to mid 70s.  Clouds will increase Wednesday along with a few showers, but the most widespread rain will occur Thursday-Thursday night.
