JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A very warm trick or treat evening with temperatures only slowly falling through the 70s undar partly cloudy skies.  Friday will again be unseasonably warm with highs in the 80s.  A few widely scattered showers will be possible but rain will increase Friday night through Saturday morning with rain pretty much everywhere amounting to an average of a tenth to a third of an inch, locally up to a half inch.  The cold front bringing the rain will move south and east far enough to allow for afternoon clearing Saturday as temperatures top out in the mid to upper 70s.
