ATV rider critical after crash
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The driver of an ATV is in the hospital after colliding with a pickup truck in St. Augustine.
Authorities say the driver of a Honda ATV pulled into the path of a pickup truck on Woodlawn Road.
The driver of the ATV, Nicholas Batenic, went to Flagler Hospital with serious injuries.
The pickup truck driver was not hurt.
Batenic was not wearing a helmet.
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office says alcohol may be a factor in the crash and charges are pending.
