A true sociopath - the only remorse she feels is getting caught. Was her family in on it?

How can any one do such a thing? Evidently she has never seen a person or a child suffer in pain for years before succumbing to such a horrible disease, as my sweet 11 year niece did. Maybe a judge could make that part of her punishment to visit these patients that are going through the pain of cancer, though I doubt that it would effect this con artist.
