Am I missing something? Where's the controversy? The closest thing I found was Ice referring to her birthday as the "dirty 30." You've posted coffee orders and called it inappropriate. If this is the worst you've got, I'd hate to see the other 50 emails. If Ms. Gardner thinks there's a story in what happened, she certainly hasn't found it in these documents.

awesome story.. NOT! His position has NOTHING to do with his potentially inappropriate emails, besides his wife NOBODY should give a flying s*it about this. This crappy, skipping record headline is just as pathetic as yesterdays "BREAKING NEWS" on Zimmerman getting a speeding ticket

Ichabod- You think that every girl who thanks her boss for coffee and jokes around with them is trying to sleep with them and should be fired? Are you living in a shell? This seems like everyday talking and joking. I think that the reason that the media has not been able to get the other two girls e-mails are probably because they do contain some questionable content and the Public Defender's Office does not want them released.

This is a stupid "Investigation". Mr. Shirk did not initiate any of the reported e-mails. A girl wanted to get in his trousers, it is pleasing for a man to be solicited but he did nothing but respond nicely to her. She should have been fired earlier but hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained. The man was still doing his job and no other person or defendant was involved. Leave it alone and report on News, don't make your own stories.

This story is Lame! So what they had coffee and joked about Vegas for their birthdays. All this hype, I thought there was going to be juicy e-mails about all kinds of innapropriate behavior. This was boring! Ice even called him "Mr. Shirk" throughout the e-mails. Sounds like they had a good fun working relationship like millions of people do! The Dirty 30 is just a saying...lots of people use it, GOOD GRIEF! Nothing to see here.

Seems like all this is to detract from Corey lying and covering up Tryavon Martin's true character. How would you like to be on trial for you life find out the prosecution had information that showed someone's character to be that of what you had said to happen. Then discover the judge and prosecution conspired to keep it out the public and most importantly the Juror's eyes. Why is action news not watching Corey like a hawk and uncovering her emails about why she refused to share that information with the defense?
