Again something needs to be brought up. The Florida lottery refused to pay out to a woman with a winning scratch off ticket worth 250k. Citing they only use the bar code to determine winners. The print shop misprinted her card. Even though her card was legitimate it said she won she did not as the bar code is all that is valid. It has bearing on this case the Florida lottery committed a crime when they did that insisting the bar code was the only valid evidence on the woman's card. They admitted she had not altered the card and refused to pay her. Why was no one from the Florida lottery arrested for fraud and deceptive adverting? You have winning ticket your scratch off says it and the Lottery cheats you isn't that crime ?
