we don't owe the surviving spouses anything !!! where do you people get these ridiculous ideas from anyway ??? thousands have served & dies & their spouses have maintained just fine !!! how bout a tax break for me,, my little toe is smaller than my other toes ??? shouldn't that merit me a tax break ??? oh wait,, everyone's little toe is smaller than their other toes... pay your taxes,, you are no worse off than a previous generation of the 1930's who lost a husband or wife... suck it up & get on with life... but don't ask us to subsidize half of the floridian population...
