JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Clear skies, dry air and decreasing winds will make for a very chilly night across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia as lows dip into the 30s well inland to the 40s at the beaches. The record low at JIA is 38 set in 1993. A warming trend will begin Wednesday under sunny skies with afternoon highs in the low 70s. The warmer temperatures plus dry weather pattern will continue for the rest of the week.
