JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Cindy Lee Garcia had a role in the now infamous film called "Innocence of Muslims," the movie being blamed for the deadly anti-American violence in Libya, Egypt, and Yemen.

But she says she was lied to by the film's director, Sam Bacile.  "There was never any mention of Muhammad or anything like that in the film.  I was playing the role of a mother.  I have the actual script," said the actress from California.

Garcia says the script she was given was called, "Dessert Warriors."  And following this week's riots, she says she called Bacile to demand an explanation as to why the title and the intent of the movie changed.

"I said why did you do this to us?  To me?  And he says tell the world it wasn't you that did it.  It was me.  The one who wrote the script because I'm tired of these radical Muslims running around killing everyone," she said.

Action News spoke with former U.N. Ambassador Nancy Soderberg this week who said, "It's never justified, this kind of violence."

The Jacksonville resident and current State Senate candidate echoes the sentiment of all American leaders right now. They don't condone the film.  And they don't condone the violence either.  "There are people who do things that aren't particularly sensible, but it doesn't justify a violent reaction.  So, I strongly condemn the violence, the terrorism.  It's go to stop," said Soderberg.

Meanwhile, Garcia says she feels she's been terrorized too.  "I want my name cleared," she said.  "I want my name cleared.  I want no part of that.  I would never hurt anybody no matter what religion they are."

If these "peaceful" muslims weren't blaming this movie for their blood thirsty actions, they would just be blaming something or someone else for their ignorance. They love this kind of thing. The USA or nobody else is going to stop them. They play by a different set of rules than others. I say sometime in the near future, we are going to have to throw away the rule book too. I'm offended EVERYDAY that I hear that some muslin busted a gasket and killed another American. But, I don't go around destroying other people's property and killing everyone in site! How long before the American people have had enough and start attacking muslims in this country? These are some very dangerous times we live in. That's why we need a REAL leader in the Whitehorse, not this want-a-be that we have now.

A STUPID movie that MAY or NOT be fact or fiction does not give anyone an EXCUSE TO MURDER. These religious sick people will use ANYTHING to JUSTIFY murder of THOUSANDS of AMERICANS, even here on our own soil. EYE FOR AN EYE is what they PREACH..THEN GIVE IT TO THEM. No where is it law or a sin that GOOD CHRISTAINS have to 'lay down' like the infidel dogs they call us and to CONTINUALLY ALLOW THEM TO MURDER INNOCENT PEOPLE ALL OVER THIS WORLD and blame it on the U.S. DROP SOME BOMBS AND SHUT THEIR SPIRITUALLY WARPED MOUTHS UP.

I'm sure that's her story now. But, is she willing to return the money she was paid for her role in the movie? I find it difficult to believe she knew absolutely nothing about the movie. What I believe is, she bragged about being in the movie until the Embassy was attacked and the media placed the "movie" as the cause for the unrest. Just another "snafu" by our to cover up the president's bragging a number of times at the DNC Convention that he killed Osama. Not to mention his campaign ads, which have not been broadcast since the Embassy attack. Just a thought.
