PALM COAST, Fla. -- The store owner whose clerk was gunned down by a masked man now faces charges in the wake of her death.

Zuheily Rosado was murdered at her job in February. A man walked into a Mobil gas station in Palm Coast and shot her several times, then ran off. The 32-year-old left behind six children.

Friday, the store's operator, 51-year-old Mohammed Ansari, was charged with failing to maintain workers compensation insurance. The lapse in that coverage hurt Rosado's family.

Bond for Ansari was set at $1,000.

This guy deserves all that the law can dish out to it. It knew it did not pay what a business owner is supposed to under the law to protect employees. Do pray that there is a lawyer that will go after his assets to provide for the children. Hope this is a lesson to those business owner's that do not take care of the people that make it the money.
