Arrest made in local woman's murder
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with the March murder of a Jacksonville woman.
Samuel Wright is being charged with killing 40-year-old Janel Harris.
At a news conference on FRiday, officers said the two used to date.
Harris’ body was found on the Northside badly burned. Police also say she was shot.
DNA lead to Wright’s arrest.
