Charge them under each of the fake Identities and and let them serve time under each of there fake identities. If the thought of spending 20 consecutive 5 year terms in jail doesn't get one of them to spill the beans on their true identities then at least these low lifes will be off the streets for a long time to come.

Just doing a little business & the man got to get all up in their face...all 20 or so of them...

Deport them , and i don't care which Country they get sent to .
