JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The mass shooting in Aurora, Co. has brought gun control laws into question. The suspect, James Holmes, obtained all of his guns legally, but should there be a more in-depth evaluation of gun buyers?

Gary Belson, The Belson Group, joined us in the studio to talk about the current laws and their possible impact on this incident.

YEH, lets blame it on the guns. I don't understand why they say he bought those guns legally when he was using his scholarship money to buy them with. If thats the case we need to stop all grants and scholarships to people who are so educated that they don't know the differance between right or wrong. If its legal to use that funding for that purpose then what else are we throwing away tax dollars on ?
