JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The young girl rescued from an attack in a restroom at a Southside Best Buy is home from the hospital.

According to Ann Dugger with the Justice Coalition, the girl's family is devastated by what happened.

The suspect, 29-year-old James Tadros, is being held on charges of attempted murder, false imprisonment and criminal mischief.

Police said Tadros kicked and punched the 9-year-old girl and put a plastic bag over her head and stuck her head inside the toilet. The girl crawled away to safety when a store employee looked under the bathroom stall after hearing screams.
