Funny. We kill children every day with abortions no one crys for them just equates them with parasites that have been removed. While this woman was negligent I am sure she never expected for this to happen. Not saying she shouldnt be punished but her son is facing murder and her manslaughter. Another woman fires warning shot and get 12 years prison time for defending herself from a man that was known to beat her in the past. I dont think justice is in the mind of the people of Jax or there would be some serious changes there as well as changes at the state level.
