JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The long-awaited cold front has brought much cooler air, lots of clouds and drier air to the local area. Today's (Tue.) highs in the 60s were some 20 degrees cooler than Monday and near the average low for this date. Skies will clear tonight with lows in the 50s inland to the upper 60s near the coast. A lot of sun Wednesday will allow temperatures to warm back into the low to mid 80s but low humidity will still make for a very comfortable day. The First Alert Weather Center expects no significant rain for the rest of this week.
