Mow the neighbors yard or pay to have it done. It will increase your properties value.

My heart goes out to all those responsible home owners who have to deal with the unkempt lawns of their neighbors, but did anyone stop to think about what will happen to the value of homes when thousands of cheap bank-owned homes hit the open market? The long grass next door is literally the canary indicating that your home value is still stable. This is so obvious, we are shooting ourselves in the foot here.
