VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. -- Volusia County Beach Patrol recovered a body from Ormond Beach this morning. Officials say it is likely the body of a 19-year-old Orlando man who went missing in the rough surf from Beryl on Monday evening.

Beach patrol crews say he went in the water even after lifeguard towers had been taken down and crews were warning people not to go into the water.

Lifeguards used a helicopter and jet skis last night to try to find him but they say the surf was just too rough.

They should implement a law that says if someone disregards the warnings to stay out of the water when warned, he or she should also have to foot the bill for all the rescuers AND the equipment used in any rescue that may take place..

Ok then. No pity for every mistake you have made in you're life. You just happen to come out of you're mistakes alive.
