JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Steady onshore east winds will continue through Wednesday which will mean periods of clouds and showers, especially closer to the coast and the beaches. Breezy east winds will blow 15-25 mph at the beaches with a moderate to high rip current risk and rough seas and surf. Scattered showers will continue much of the week as east winds slowly decrease. Afternoon highs will be in the 80s but generally a little cooler at the beaches.
