BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- There are new developments in the Brunswick baby murder case. Right now, five suspects are working their way through the justice system. Two are accused of murder. Three are accused of helping cover up the crime.
New on Thursday, denials of guilt from four of the five accused. And the attorney for DeMarquise Elkins wants a change of venue, saying with the intense media coverage, he doesn't believe his client will get a fair trial in Glynn County.

Both teen suspects accused of killing 13 month old Antonio Santiago have now pleaded not guilty to the crime. DeMarquise Elkins, 17, and Dominique Lang, 15, are accused of shooting the baby boy while trying to rob his mom last month.
The baby's murder led to three more arrests, all Elkins' family members. DeMarquise's mother, Karimah, and his sister, Sabrina, are each accused of trying to hide the murder weapon. While his aunt, Katrina, is accused of lying to police.
Karimah and Sabrina Elkins have also entered not guilty pleas. Katrina Elkins is the only one who hasn't been arraigned.
All five suspects remain behind bars right now. Sabrina Elkins is the only one to be granted bond. But so far, she hasn't been able to raise the 10% to get her out of jail.
