BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- It only took two hours for a Glynn County jury to find Daryl Keon Jones guilty of the 2009 murder of toddler Brianna Hester.
Jones, 34, was arrested in 2009 for the murder of his girlfriend's daughter, Brianna, who was 17-months-old at her death. Evidence showed that she died of blunt force trauma to the head.
The trial began Monday morning and the jury returned a verdict of guilty afternoon. Following the verdict, Jones was sentenced to life in prison.
