you know what i watched the fight that day, her mom and miss brittny told the news that this girl attacted her from behind, which is false the girl turn around and ran at this girl, and got what was coming. the story they told the reporters was based on lies, and really this girls grandma just passed away two months ago. she was charged with a mis. she had scratches and bruises get over your pride. quit trying to ruin this girls life.

This girl is a damn liar, she has tried to fight my daughter many times and has repeatedly lied on her. she needs to deal with the fact that she can not just get away with her behavior. She got exactly what she deserved, hopefully she learned her less.

-nativejax- you are absolutely right. 2 wrongs don't make a right, however this is a situation that deserves a deep looking in to. You have 2 separate incidences both where this young lady claims to be a victim. Is it fair that she is allowed to say I'm a victim if she is the bully being called out? Who is the actual victim? A deeper look into the situation is needed, making sure of the facts. All our children deserve to be protected.

I know she falsely accused the boy of rape, her actions the following morning prove it. Violence never solve problems. Unfortunately the rumors of this girl bulling others has made her a target. Britney needs serious mental theray. I'm not saying that to be mean, I'm saying it out of concern for the girl

Some people are so damn judgemental. She needs to take the beating she deserves? Ok how about you take a beating for all the dumb stupid mean crap you have said. Assault is assault no matter how it started! And yes she has tattoos. Who gives a flying f? Just cause her mother's parenting style doesn't fit your standards of how a child should be raised doesn't mean she is a horrible mother. I know these two personally and are WONDERFUL people. And who said she is crying wolf? You don't know what actually happened you weren't there so just shut the hell up about her accusations of being raped. Sounds like you might be one of those parents who don't care if their child beats up one of their peers. I was bullied and threatened when I went to school and never turned violent towards the other people because it is WRONG! Smdh

I would like to know why the school system goes overboard with little things and talks big about protecting students...then don't do the 'right thing' when bulling is known by everyone except school employees? It would appear they are either playing favorites, ignoring the obvious, too lazy to take action, or just plain not getting involved and practicing the law and rules of conduct. Perhaps the school board does not support teachers in doing the right thing. The STATE needs to take total charge of all education of FLORIDAS EDUCATION SYSTEM. Education is not the responsibility of federal government. Perhaps schools need to teach students more about our Constitution, Amendments, and 'Just" laws and less about sex education. Our your and many adults don't even understand showing 'respect' for others, authority, laws, and themselves.
