BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- A Camden County math teacher accused of child molestation and transmitting obscene materials to a minor is out on bond.
Amy Lee Cassada went before a magistrate in Camden County on Tuesday after being arrested on Monday.
According to the St. Marys Police Department, a 15 year-old victim came forward with allegations of inappropriate text messages between him and Cassada.
Cassada has since been let go from St. Marys Ombudsman Alternative School where she was a math teacher.
According to the police report, the victim was afraid of what Cassada's husband might do to him or his family.
Action News went by Cassada's home in Brunswick for comment, but no one answered the door.
Police also arrested John Robert Ezzard, 19, for intimidating the 15-year-old victim. Ezzard also claims he's had inappropriate contact with Cassada when he was her student.
Cassada has multiple pictures of her and her students in her Facebook account.
St. Marys Police Department thinks there could be more victims. Anyone with information is asked to call 912-882-4488.
