JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A local woman is in jail accused of a wild carjacking in Arlington.
Police say Tracy Webb stole a car from a Mobil gas station after the owner went inside to pay.
She was spotted by police a short time later, but took off when she was told to stop.
She rammed the front bumper of a patrol car then crashed into an auto lot on Arlington Road.
After a brief foot chase, Webb was arrested.
In court on Wednesday, Webb was assigned a public defender and given nearly a $30,000 bond. Her arraignment is scheduled for December 19th.
