Cell phone worker shot on the Northside
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have identified a cell phone company worker who was injured after a shooting Monday night on the Northside.
Police were called to the Cellular Plus store in the 8700 block of Lem Turner Road near Prospect Road in reference to shots fired.
They say Samy E. Zahra of Jacksonville was shot twice and is at Shands Jacksonville with life-threatening injuries.
Police said the suspect is on the loose and is considered armed and dangerous.
