Cement truck crash blocking lanes of Philips Highway & Old St. Augustine Road

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are clearing a crash that has lanes blocked on Philips Highway near Old St. Augustine Road Thursday morning.

A cement truck overturned.

No one is hurt, but the truck is leaking water.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver said an SUV cut him off, causing him to lose control of the wheel.
